We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Our Return Policy:
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with every olivia + joy product that you purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full and prompt refund of the purchase price. You must email our customer service department at customerservice@oliviaandjoy.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions regarding return of the product. All products being returned must be received within 10 days of obtaining an RMA. Refunds will not be issued without an RMA number. Items being returned for a refund should be securely packed in the original box. Enclose the original packing slip with the items you are returning, and indicate the RMA number. We suggest that you make a copy of the packing slip for your records. Packages must be shipped to us via a traceable method such as UPS or insured parcel post (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Our return address is printed at the top of the packing slip for your convenience.
